Tattoo of Hemingway’s The Sun Also Rises

I don’t know how Ernest would feel about it, but here’s my wrist tattoo of the original artwork from his novel The Sun Also Rises. Done by J at Metamorph in Chicago, I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The picture is from 2014 when it was crisp. It has since faded but I still love it. If I ever have money again, and if I ever feel comfortable being next to strangers again, I plan on filing the rest of my arm with Lost Generation tattoos. That’s a lot of ifs, but isn’t it all?
